What were the yellow walkie-talkies they had in GB2?

FYI Those are not walkie talkies they are Lifegards. Man down devices used by firefighters and rescue personel. They emit a high pitched warning sound when the wearer becomes incapacitated so that other rescuers can find them. I think they just put them in the movie for the look or in the case like where venkman got slimed in GB1, Ray could have located him

They show up on Ebay from time to time for 5 - 20 bucks, from what I understand.
