I’m planning on Scratchbuilding an Ecto-1 to Scale with a 1:18 R.C. Car

I may have to shorten the length of the Ecto-1 to fit the Wheelbase of the Car in question, but, hopefully not too much

This will be an ongoing project which I’ll be working on from time to time as I get the opportunity, or the parts, or as the mood takes me :slight_smile:

What I would like to start with, is the Engine…would anyone have a detailed drawing of the Engine that would have been used in the original 1984 Movie?

I would check eBay for 1/18 scale 59 Cadillac die cast. To get some visual reference. There used to be a 1:1 site that had full size ecto builders share their builds, but I don’t know if that site is closed now. Sorry can’t offer much more than that.
