88 MPH Lithographs on eBay

So after all this time, some of the Brereton lithographs of each one of the guys started popping up on eBay in sets of 4.

Same thing with the Ecto-1 lithograph.

Well, I thought the price wasn’t all that bad, and jumped on a set (for $60, then an additional $20 for the Ecto-1).

Needless to say, I was shocked when I saw the PayPal transaction go through… The seller’s name? Sebastien Clavet. That’s right folks, he’s back.

I’m being very wary of this purchase now, and will make sure to file a dispute very quickly if he doesn’t ship this item out soon.

Just thought you all might like to know. I have an e-mail address for him too, though I’m not sure I should spread that around at this time.

you should do everyone else a favor and notify ebay or whatever you can to have him not sell his wares.

spread the email around. he owes people money.

Yow. Thanks for the heads-up; I was considering bidding on one of those.

Ebay used to act pretty quickly on fraudulent sellers; not sure how that’s changed with the new manglement and policies. I don’t know what they will and won’t take as proof now, but it certainly couldn’t hurt alerting them. If anything goes wrong, you’re backed by Paypal/Ebay (I think), although he might try to game the system to avoid refunding.
