Hello Fellow Ghostbusters Fans!
It was suggest I post an introduction here, and when those subtle voices in my head suggest something, I tend to act upon them…
I’m located in Albuquerque, NM, which I’ve been told is an exciting place to live in the sense of the paranormal; with Roswell being only 90 minutes away, and Dulce, NM being about 3 hours away. Never mind what untold things go on at the Sandia National Labs here in Albuquerque and Los Alamos being 90 minutes to the north?
Anyhow, in my spare time, besides trying to find a full time job, after moving back here to NM, I am VERY active with my father in the surplus electronics and materials field (he’s been doing it 55+ years, and me 36+ years), and helping him acquire, disassemble, (sometimes) identify, and sell surplus equipment and parts from the above mentioned labs on his eBay store.
It is because of my doing research on a series of items, that I found the Ghostbuster Fans site…
Doing a Google search for a datasheet on Dale PH-25 Power Resistors, so I could list them, thanks to this site, I found that they (the ones without the “round disc” were used on the Ion Arm Assembly, and have since listed and sold some of the various resistance values I have. (Not that the ersistance value makes any difference in the prop, all the same physical appearance.)
