Hello I’m curious if there is any way to add sound for the FC2 boards ? After looking around alot I feel like this is the most cost effective way to go.

I highly doubt it..
I bought one of these boards and a bk116 from baktronics..and it works awesome! Especially because you can make the Powerball lights shorter for my daughter’s pack!
