I’m starting a thread for the new parts I have been putting together. I will keep my old for sale thread for random items I find or rejects.

TOUGH CAST high tensile strength Matty Thrower hooks. I have stress tested these my self as you can see here - (current stock - 3)

SC Pack Kits - (current stock = 0)

These are my kits that are made to fit the Studio Creations Shell.

First up, PVC tube kit - $45 (shipped in the Continental U.S.)

This kit comes with the Base for a standard @" PVC coupler for the N-Filter, Injector base and end caps, Beam line and Filler tubes bases and end caps, PPD, Hose receiver base, Booster tube base and plug, HGA end cap and base. Just cut the right size PVC and add these parts and you have your tube parts.

SC Bumper and Bellows - $60 (shipped in the Continental U.S.) This bumper is made in such a way that it fits the SC shell. Comes with a bellows.

Ion Arm kit - $35 (shipped in the Continental U.S.) This is made to Stephan’s plans, so it should fit most packs. It comes with the face and resin resistors.

Booster Frame - $12.50 (shipped in the Continental U.S.) This is made to Stephan’s plans, so it should fit most packs.

Crank Knob - $7 (shipped with other parts ordered, in the Continental U.S.)

Injector Receiver and Pack Foot - $12.50 (shipped in the Continental U.S.)

These parts will come as raw pulls. You will need to clean them with soapy water and may have to do some sanding here and there. jfyi

I ship by or on Monday morning when I can go to the USPS.

Quick question… I currently have my Matty thrower attached to an existing Dixie clip on my pack. The clip on the Matty thrower slides about halfway down the dixie clip before it “catches”.

Is that normal? Or is it supposed to be flush with the connector? Is the Matty clip not really compatible with the dixie clip?

I wish I could answer you on this one. I gave up on Dixie hooks a long time ago. I would say that if the hook holds your thrower and it won’t just pop off at the slightest bump you are good to go.

Is the hole spacing on these the same as the dixie clip? I currently have one on my pack that I may want to switch out with yours… but I don’t want to drill more holes in my pack if possible. :slight_smile:

I have to look at the cost of the molds, the resin (I use a resin that is called TOUGH CAST that has an almost hard rubber constancy) and hardware. My kit as I see it would come with four brackets, two bottom spacers and a hockey puck spacer with bolts for the brackets. The buyer would need to provide their own bolts for the Alice frame (I think)

My target for that would be $35 shipped. But that is just an estimate until I actually get them running.
