Makita Battery and Power Brackets

The Makita Battery brackets will include the following parts:

  1. Bracket for the Makita battery

  2. Small lower bracket

  3. Installation screws 4x

  4. Installation rivets for the small bracket 2x

Note: I’m able to get the components for the small bracket from a local store for $13.00 (This is not included with the regular price)

The price for the Makita Battery brackets will be $40.00

US and international shipping will be $8.00 (flat fee)

Here are the pictures of the first sections of the prototype.

I’m planning on making 2 different versions with all components so we can add more detail to our packs.

I already made 3 prototypes and the last one looks better. However, since they are not 100% to my standards, I’ll continue to work on them till I’m happy with the final product.

I could post pictures tomorrow so you guys can see the progress.

This is the first prototype. Now that I have an idea on how to make them, I’ll be making 20 of them at first.

I’ll be completing the other bracket very soon and post pictures of the progress.

I have many of them made ready for welding but I like to CNC the rest of the material I have so they can be welded at the same time.

I’m out of the country till next week.

News for these will follow in the next couple of day. I re-designed the CNC code, purchased all of the material I need, and I’m putting them together after I’m done working on my regular orders.

I’ll be posting pictures and show you guys the progress.

I’m going to complete this run of 20 units in the next 2 weeks and make more over the Christmas break if there’s any more interest. Price info will be listed in the first post.

I’m interest in one but ill wait for your next batch. Other parts are taking priority at the moment. Where can I get the plate and cups that rest inside and next to it for the battery? Or are you making those as well? Pm’d you btw about something else.
