Well after searching the boards for over an hour now and still no luck finding the answers I seek. Is it possible to wire up a single circuit board to handle both the wand and pack lights with just logic chips? Or will the length from the chip to the lights make them run slower or not at all in the wand. I will be using all leds for the lights.
I do know it can all be done seperately as multiple boards one in the wand and one in the pack.
don’t know for the “official circuits” made by people to fit the real lightning modes… but the lenght of the wire doesn’t matter really… the circuit of my gun light is in the gun but the batteries are in the pack and the power pass throught a 6 feet wire… same thing for the pack… the circuit and the batteries are in the pack but the switch on/off is on the gun and run throught a 6 feet wire… no problem with that…
I used a 6 conponant phone wire… to pass in the loom and pass the power or the switch connection from one side to the other…
The plan was if it was possible to keep the circuit boards only in the pack and run the switches and leds to their places. That way its not so cramped in the wand.
In the case of my circuit… it’s not a problem… but it will need much more wire in the loom… 2 wires by led… but it surely can be done this way… if you have enough room in the loom for all the wires and you tag them to easily retrive where they go… 'cause what looks more like a led then a led…
