Another one from Germany

Hi there everyone,

I already posted some times on this forum before actually introducing myself. I apologize for this.

I’m 28 years old and a Bavarian Ghostbuster. Like most of the people here I have seen the movies at least thousand times I guess g. I’m simply amazed by the incredible amount of creativity in these forums and I hope I find the time to participate. I just finished my last oral exam last weeks (one was culture studies with the main subject radioactivity in movies … and you can bet what I told the professor about :eyeroll: ). Anyway, one other subject of my studies were arts and I hope everything gets along ok and I pass everything which would give me half a year of free time before starting to work as teacher. I specialized working with clay and I hope this will come in handy for some props I plan to create till halloween. One of it is a of course a proton pack, but I don’t know yet how to start and if and where to get a shell. Those are pretty pricey and import fees from US to Germany are a pain in the ass. In general such a pack is pretty expensive to make, but I’ll see how far I can improvise something :sigh:

I guess I’ll start with Venkman71’s plans on building but I’m very unsure about that. Perhaps some of you could help me for the start.

But no matter, that’s enough about myself for this time. After what I’ve seen in the short time in these forums I’m sure I’ll have a pretty neat time here and I’m happy that I found such a nifty place to be

Welcome aboard. You’ll find great help and good friends here.

You’re Bavarian, huh? I love you guys’s donuts.

Hallo Marquis, welcome aboard!

I´m fairly new here myself and still looking for references, photos and tips for my future pack-build. At the moment I´m pretty busy with my job, maybe I´ll have some short vacation in January to spent some time in my workspace.

Enjoy this site, Grüße aus dem Norden,

Sebastian
