Dear Community,
As many of you have undoubtly seen in the past, there is a very sweet Ecto-1 Papercraft for download. There is also a decent proton pack papercraft. I was hoping to generate a little bit better proton pack papercraft and I was hoping that someone out there wouldn’t mind sending me a 3ds file of their proton pack/thrower?
To make papercrafts fun and easy for everyone, if anyone has or would like to make a 3ds proton pack/thrower using a low-polygon method, it might help allow those of us who are less experienced working with more durable but also more difficult materials.
I appreciate any help anyone can give and as soon as I get a working model in place, I’ll make the pieces and instructions known to all.
Decent papercraft Proton Pack? lol That’d be mine. And I didn’t actually use any papercraft programs. I was making this thing using MS paint!
Have you looked through my thread? I have posted updates with a more detailed gun, and it’s already pretty easy to make compared to the Ecto-1, which is great none the less but hard to make because of the many small parts.
Never the less though, I’ve been working on the pack again, because I always see room for improvements in this project. But I geuss for adavanced papercraft makers, this craft would seem amaturish. But still, it’s easy and great for the kids lol.
I actually hadn’t seen your thread before! That is totally awesome! The papercraft pack that I had seen before on a different site was nothing compared to that and you did that all in paint! My hat goes off to you. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you with your efforts and keep up the great work!
Thanks for the comments. I’m not really sure how you could help me improve it though, despite me knowing there are are problems with it lol.
I think a fan here has made a 3D model of the pack before.

Maybe you can contact him for help on your papercraft pack? I’ve done other crafts before, non ghostbuster related though. Anyway, good luck!
