Downloaded the game first week out. Played it fine graphics cranked on my rig until “return to hotel sagewick”
Crashes every time after leaving with the manager in the cut scene.
So I bought the game on DVD. Formatted and installed windows again, fully updated drivers, DirectX, all of it. Load the game, play along just fine, graphics cranked and guess what…
Same friggin thing same spot.
Lower the graphics… Same thing. Try different difficulty… Same thing. I have walked through the game 7 times now to get to this point and crash. Kinda ■■■■■■.
This would lead me to think its a hardware problem, but the error code (when I can see it) says something like “unable to find thread information”
Emailed Atari, but a fat zero response to four mails spanning 2 weeks.
