If you have access too a dremel, drill and angle grinder, I would say get a piece of aluminum flatbar, make one to fit the pack yourself. At the least, all it would take is a dremel and a drill. If you can carve out the curve with an angle grinder, you’d save yourself some work. Just my two cents. Cut the flatbar to length, then mark and rough cut or carve out the area on the inner edge to match the cyclo with an angle grinder, clean it up with the dremel and then drill the holes to mount it and you’re done.
I’ve never built one, but it doesn’t look to be that complicated of a part. ![]()
Got a saw?
Could make loads from that!!
I think JT94 might make them, not totally sure though…

buy some plexy or styren or an aluminum forsale sign and cut and drill done…
does it have to be metal? I cut mine out of mdf and spraypainted it silver. metal would be far superior tho’ like the ones from MMM.
try typing in p clip into google and see what you come up with dont know if its too late but it looks quite good we use these all the time at work and it all depends on what size you want
If you make your own (or get someone to make them) pay attention to the details in this thread:

Stefan’s plans are off for the cable clamps, and therefore so are most peoples - that’s one of the things I’ve listed in my differences thread.
