I agree with gjustis. Although his whoring does make me grind my teeth, this is a legitimate thing for Barris to sign. At the very least we should be breathing a sign of relief that the ebay page doesn’t say, “signed by George Barris, creator of such famous movie cars as the Ecto-1.”
While that is a valid point, I still don’t like seeing that Ecto in the background.
The Ecto is the Universal Ecto, owned by Paul Francis…the guy selling the mini Batmobile. 
It’s in the shot because he was there for an event, which Barris also happened to be at.
That may help explain away its presence a bit…
Ah, thank you for explaining that. Maybe I souldn’t have jumped to a conclusion so quickly. I just see that guy and that car and I get a little ill.
When I put my jeep in a museum in Denver, we joked about making a video describing how I designed the original jeeps, and that the t-rex from first movie signed the headliner…
