Around here, we have 3 (or is it 4?) Japanese restaurants within walking distance of my house (wish I made enough money to have sushi more than twice a year) as well as an insanely good Indian place (I’ve known the owner for years).
Davis Sq. has Redbones; awesome bbq.
I seem to recall a few phenomenal pizza places in CT, but last time I was down that way I was about 10 so they may not be there anymore.
Already, my second post in this thread and for a completely different area because I just moved back to California… so anyone in the San Luis Obispo/Morro Bay area if you like Mexican food, check out Chapala Restaurant and don’t let the fact that it’s a gas station in the front fool you. The food is quite amazing. Check out their fish tacos! (make a joke about that one, I dare ya! :-p)

fish tacos…There’s a restraunt here called Wahoos. That’s their main item.
Where I live at the best places to go eat is Bennigan’s or Outback Steak House. Those are my two of my many favorite places to eat at. Even sometimes they are really busy but the food is worth the wait.
