Bill Murray signed packs?

Not sure how much truth there is to this small article,

but it got me thinking. I’ve read/heard rumors that Bill Murray MIGHT have a part in the upcoming reboot. Then I started thinking if that turns out to be true maybe it would be a change (very small) NE GBs would try to get their packs signed by Venkman himself.

Akroyd and Hudson are seen time and time again willingly signing every fans props and such. But I rarely have found any photos of Murray signing anything Ghostbusters. I think the only time I saw him close to anything GB was at the scream awards many years ago.

If anyone has a BM signed pack be great to see photos.

I’ve read he hates giving out his sig and if he does it’s generally not even his. He’ll sign as Danny, Belushi, John Candy, or some character he’s played and never himself. He’ll gladly do pretty much anything else, including crashing your party and take over as bar tender where he only serves whiskey…

Excellent point. I forgot he does things like that when signing stuff.

I guess if the day comes if he does sign his real name to a GB fan it will be a big deal.

When I was 9 years old BM was a celebrity golfer at a big local golf tournament and I said YOLO and just walked up to his golf cart and asked him to sign my ghosbusters shirt hahahahaha

I didnt even know YOLO existed as a thing until that really lame song came out from 3 years ago.

hahaha, Yea he signed it. He was hilarious as the celebrity golfer too. I remember someone put one of those dancing caddyshack golfers on the green and he started pretending to choke it haha

There are plenty of examples of Bill Murray autographs out there. I don’t think Bill is nearly as moody or eccentric as the internet has made him out to be in the last few years. I know a few people who have met him personally and have had nothing but great things to say.

Also, speaking to the shooting report for the reboot, On Location Vacations is an extremely reputable site so if they say Ghostbusters starts filming in Boston on June 15th, they’re probably on point.

Found this at a recent Hollywood auction… can’t vouch for it’s authenticity, and I landed it for like $25 (seems nobody wanted it), but Bill Murray signed this one as “Dr. Peter”… Odd, but who knows, considering how quirky he is…

I meet all kinds of people being in the Military, and many of them have met Bill Murray (or should I say “ran into”, since he tends to randomly appear) and have nothing but great things to say about the man…

I wasn’t impling he was being a dick or rude, just he didn’t gone his autbograph out all that often. All interactions I’ve heard of have been stellar ones. Just not keen on autographs.
