Birthday boy gives you this gift... this gift of my company.

I’m a Ghostbuster wannabe, derrive from the oldest historic city in Iowa, in the Republic of America. I dream of writing a sequel screenplay to the classic films, but I doubt I’d ever have the honor of discussing the finer plot points with the creators of the comedy classics.

GBFans was pretty easy for me to find. This site has been referenced several times when searching for electronic pieces and references for my costume... and 2012 will be the third Halloween for the this particular costume project. I recieved a "most creative" award at work for the Ghostbuster suit last year. I would very much like to improve on what I've started. However, I always seem to run out of time when the holidays arrive and it gets too cold to work on painting and things around October. I've recently purchased a BK-116-GB chaser light kit for the powercell... soldered it together two days ago. It should replace my driveway marker that simply blinked on and off. Then, I will be working on the design of the Proton Wand, now that I have a better understanding of how and where the wiring will ultimately reside. I'm not making it "movie accurate." Alot of the proton pack has been a scavenger hunt, but it needs to be recognizable as a Ghostbuster tool, house at least two compartments for candy, and have one other top secret requirement that I have not seen anyone else utilize...

The costume’s been a challenging, fun, educational, and rewarding project. I’ve come here several times for inspiration. So, it’s about time I sign up!
