Okay i just happen to stumble on this the other day boston comic convention saturday and sunday october 24th-25th at the back bay events center 180 berkeley street boston ma its $10 each day . would love to get as many ghostbuster fans together and represent new england gbfans. please let me know who is up for going so we can plan accordingly.

Hey, I talked to some friends who’ve attend Boston Comic Con and I’ve been hearing it’s a tad… underwhelming.
Has anybody here gone?
That’s one HELL of an affordable con… makes me wonder what the catch is.
I should have my basic gear ready by then. If it seems like we can get a good-sized contingent of us, I’m in.
Im gonna be going, but I don’t have a uniform.
I might just go dressed as Philip J. Fry from Futurama. I have a basic collection of his stuff, jsut need to get the hair horn right.
My Proton Pack will definitely be done by then, at the rate I’m working on it now. If there are other Ghostheads going I’d definitely be in!
glad to see that we have a good group of us now. what ever gear you have even if its just a jump suit or the hole nine yard please ware what you can to represent. yeah its not a lot of money which im sure that means its not as big as ny comic con , but none the less its a chance for us to get together as new enland ghostbusters to meet and talk to one another . i myself planing on going the first day sat the 24th hope everyone else is planing the same.

I just requested the days off from work yesterday, so I should be going both days. And if all goes the way I hope it does my pack should be 100% by then

GB Gear, unfortunatly no. I will be there as Ash. My chainsaw is almost done being modified and will be looking good for this weekend.
I’m thinking about going, but I don’t know if I’ll have tranportation. Also, the con’s only $10, but don’t forget it’s also like $20 a day to park in Boston.
well, you could always take the “T” in instead. because parking is quite a bitch in Boston. i think that’s what i’m going to do… although i hope no one gets worried with the whole ■■■■■■ chainsaw-hand thing… that and my girlfriend as Lara Croft will have dual pistols in leg holsters.
I usually do take the T in. But where is there a T station where you don’t have to pay a fortune to park for the day? I don’t live in the area surrounding Boston, so I can’t simply walk to a station.
Unfortunately no I’m not going . I know nobody knows me so its no big loss. But I do live in Rhode island and I’ve been to this convention 2 times already and it is a bit small, like 10 minutes and you’ve seen everything, I’m not knocking it though its been around for a little bit. Its still growing. Also last times I went they let us in free with costumes, will it happen again? Dunno. But also its in the city lots of great photo opportunities. Last thing I am almost positive parking is free on weekends at the T lot in attleboro mass at the RI line.
Well, I’ll be there in my Ash costume with my girlfriend (as Lara Croft)… I just hope i’m not the only person in costume. And I hope that there is some cool stuff there to buy. who else is coming? What time? I think I’ll get there somewhere between 11:30 and 12:00
