today I was hanging out at the Ghostbusters Game area, and I got the chance to chat it up with Ryan French.
Anyways, he informed me that the GB panel with Ackroyd and Hudson was NOT happening because of scheduling conflicts.
I have yet to see anything updated on the Comic-Con site, but I will still check tomorrow and ask if its still happening.
Yeah, im pretty upset about it, but still hoping something will still happen!
I’ve heard this too.. but you being at the convention pretty much confirms it.
Please try to get the information on the new Multiplayer features.

He pretty much told me all the info on the spot about multiplayer: xbox live will be 4 player teams catching ghosts, Wii will be split screen, and the PS3…well honestly I forgot because I was still in shock of the news that the panel wasn’t happening so that part of the conversation was a blur, but what I will tell you is that the game is great! The voice acting is really energetic, and does NOT sound like an actor reading lines from a sound booth like the last couple Evil Dead games. The wrangling and trapping is a little tricky, but fun of course, especially when you hear Spengler and Stantz yelling beside you what to do. The destructible environment is a blast, no pun intended.
Seriously can’t wait for this game, I was fortunate enough to score a shirt and ECTO-1 license plate from Ryan, so that slightly numbs the disappointment of there being no panel.

It could always be something mundane like a missed flight or an illness. Food poisoning sidelined me during a trade show once – “I saw you, why didn’t you come to our appointment?” “I had bad ceasar salad dressing. You didn’t want to see me.”
i find it awfully weird that at least one of them couldn’t show up somehow.. it does stink that they couldn’t make it. i would have loved to have seen pics and heard stories.. especially with all the new gb stuff coming out…
