Hey guys can anyone help me an issue I’m having with my gun lights for my Crix combo kit.

Wow u must have some thng wrong with ur board all the lights should come on when u turn it on… mine works fine there… mine is having trouble in another area.. where i plug the wire in on the gun board that goes to the pack lights.. when I switch it on only the gun lights come on.. the pack lighta and gun should come on together… I don’t know what to do.. and crix says my boards are fine but I can’t get it to work

You must connect BOTH KITS to the same battery inorder for them to work in unison. . .
No way! Lol all that trouble and that’s all I need to do? Why the hell didn’t crix tell me that? Rediculous

Should I contact Crix about a replacement board?
I will be honest it looks like some thing is wrong with the board . . I would think he would exchange it with no problem. . Here is a quick test I want you to do . . And it will tell you if its the board. . Take the ear light and connect it to any other plug designed to power a light blinking or not it wont matter,using it as a test light . . The leds are all rated the same so it wont blow,but will give you an Idea of your problem. I doubt Kris would reverse the connections on so many leds . . But the do have a positive and negative terminal.
Also look at the bottom of the board . In fact, post up a pic up close, there could be a place he missed sodering. . It happens. .
If I move the ear light it works with any plug so is it maybe just my lights wired backwards? I will get a pic up tomorrow afternoon.
As hard to believe as it seems, that looks like the problem. . Congradulations . . Thats an easy fix. . now heres a little pointer, and the pics I will send this morning will show you how I did mine. . None of my lights where wired backwards but I cut the wires in half and sodered about 3 inches to each lead,then covered in heat shrink, as to simplify installation in the wand. Some run a little short. .

Your pics will probably show it but how I’d you connect the LEDs to the board with out the clips? Solder?
No. . No, I still use the clips . . I just put an extension in between the bulb and the clip. . The thing with the clips are that they are designed to be put together once and thats it. You cant take them apart and then reassemble them . It not how they are intended to used. .
Awesome, I figured that was it just wanted to make sure. Disregard my PM asking this question.
Im going to try switching the wires on one of the gun lights on my lunch break and see if it works then. I hope it does, if that works all I will have to do is get a small speaker to test out my sound board and then figure out how to wire it in with the lights and I think I will have it all figured out.
