i can’t get a response from hyperdynelabs are they still open?
they some times take a while to get back to you. as far as i know they are still open.
I thought he was working on a new sound kit?
i hope there still open i really want to build all the props but i don’t want to invest the time if i can’t have the eletronics. anyone in the local area of martinsburg WV give me a shout maybe we’ll mess around with our own ghostbusters non-profit remake movie i didn’t realize untill recentely how cheap that effects program really is. i wanna plan a trip to new york to see the two firestations that were actually used in the movie.
The fx programs are probably cheaper than a pack! It’s the time getting it made, and finding people to do stuff for free.
Exoray is the one working on a new sound kit. (Well.. they both could be).
I don’t know if anyone has successfully built a working slime blower or not but i thought it might work if you had the handle slide a board or something into the back of a couple of cans of silly string at least then you’d have something p.s. does anyone know if the ones in the movie were real or CG? and does anyone have a good formula for slime, actual i think there would have to be two different ones the formula for the liquid form and the one that sticks to walls which was thicker and more pink maybe the ghostbusters had to mix it with something to putit in the guns?
They were real they had hoses that ran off stage.
I just went to Hyperdyne this morning to look into buying one more proton pack light board. ( Since my electronics Guru can’t find the time to assemble one more proton pack board despite spending the last 6 months in World of Warcraft. ) It looks like the Hyperdyne site is down at the moment. Hopefully he’ll have it back up soon enough. My gut feeling is that Jim didn’t quit altogether. He’s still out there cooking up new things.
Been there, done that. Built it 2 years ago.
