Dragoncon, who is going and who still needs a room.

My wife and I have a room to share at the Hilton. Total cost for the weekend $835 (thursday to monday) We are looking to bring down the cost because the folks who were going with us have backed out. The more folks we can get to go in on the room the cheaper it will be for everyone. So far I have 3 others lined up making the possable total so far 5 1/2 (my son).

All we are asking is that we get at lest a $50 deposit from everyone going so that we are sure that they WILL be going. I know it sounds strange to some folks but we have tried this in past years and gotten burned bad when we were expecting people and they were no shows.

Hey - I’m within pretty close driving distance to Atlanta and I want to know the specifics and everything of DragonCon.

Like.. does it cost anything to participate and what all do you have to do to be able to go? Is it just a showing up thing? Thanks–

how many of you are actually going to Dragon*Con? I’m going to try to go. My friends have a room I’ll be sharing with them.

I know of 5 of us that will be at the con for sure. We still have 2 or 3 that have voiced a big maybe.
