How do I know what size to get? I haven’t seen any measurement listings. I would say i have average sized arms, not huge but not scrawny either. Any advice?
Get Defender Volleyball Knee Pads. They come in 3 sizes. When I ordered mine, I didn’t specify size and they sent me mediums. They appear to be the same size as the films’ and I have thick arms and they are almost too tight so they should be perfect for you.

I also got medium defender pads. I don’t think they shrunk when I dyed them, but they are still a bit tight on me. I have trouble getting them over the flightsuit sleeves. I wish I would have gotten large just to be safe. Right now I’m stretching one out over a football
