The con is happening next weekend (March 13th & 14th).

Hey Shifty, have fun. With Leonard Nimoy and Stan Lee showing up, it’s going to be a pretty crowded and exciting con to go to. I think Rich J. (one of the GBs last year) is going to be there with a Slime Thrower he built.
Fun times were had at the con. I was planning on going in my StarGate SG-1 gear on Sunday, but Ghostbusters proved to be SO popular I ended up doing it for both days.
Here are some of the pics I managed to get on my camera (I lost count of how many pics were taken of me)
I also hear I was on the news on two different channels in the Seattle area, as well as I was interviewed by a local morning radio show (KISW’s BJ Shay).
Man there were some great costumes there and at Megacon. I really wish costuming would pick back up at San Diego this year.

You enter the masquerade contest?
In the Ghostbusters gear it seems that I met and posed for pics for just about everyone there! lol
I was in the masquerade contest but I left before the judging happened. I was too tired and sore to care lol
I wish I knew about the masquerade a little earlier. By the time I found out it was too late. Yeah I got a kick out of you having the cigarette everywhere. Very fitting addition to the costume.
Yeah, it’s quite fun stopping every 2 feet for a picture lol.
The funny thing was is that I took a BUNCH of pictures with kids and none of the parents told me to get rid of the cigarette lol. Always made me laugh that I look like I’m pro-smoking in all the photos (I don’t actually smoke at all).
People were always very polite when asking for pics, and my response was always “SURE!” Wouldn’t dress up if I wasn’t going to be a picture ■■■■■! lol
