Exactly What Color is an MT500??

I’m modding a Spirit GB Walkie and I can’t figure out what color to paint it for the final coat. I just sprayed it in gray but the more MT500 pics I look at the harder it is to tell if it’s black or gray. Movie screencaps definitely make it look lighter than black but is that just the lighting?

Anyone have a definitive answer?

It’s in the realm of a charcoalish-grey, definitely not black.

imageKrylon makes a textured dark grey that would match the radio really well.
