After 14 years of planning it, talking about it, and obsessing over it. This year I finally built and finished my Extreme Proton Pack build. Im proud to say the most intense and detailed build that I have ever seen anyone do for the EGB Pack.
The EGB Pack has always been my favorite Pack design of all time. Over any movie, Comic. And Game design. My only goal for this build was simply “Make the EGB Pack Look Real”.
Its been a looonnggg process of a build. 14 years of wins and losses of one build. But its finally finished. I will post a complete break-down of how it was built and photos of the journey, but thats for another time..
Highlights to mention are:
-Yes its on an Alice frame.
-Yes, that is a gaspump handle in the wand.
-Yes, the Bumper is functional and moves so it has the correct downward angle when worn, and then lays flat if I sit the pack on a table.
-Yes, its heavy as hell
-Yes, its loud as hell with a 15 Watt amp.
-Yes, its made of Aluminum, MDF Wood, PVC, Found Parts, Foam, Styrene, 3D Prints, and all the above.
-Yes, that is a functional power indicator on the wand and the pack to display my battery life.
