I’ve had a long break from the GB scene and I just can’t stay away any longer. I have got GB-fever all over again.
I just thought i’d pop on and say hey and also to say I’ve taken a look at Shodanmark’s website & WOW, you have been busy. Well done to all of you, you are doing the UK proud. There are some great pictures and videos.
Hopefully I can get back in the loop and produce a few props for later this year and get back on the Showmasters scene too. I’ve noticed many new faces selling parts so I think it’ll be easy for me to source what I need!
Well, I moved from my house into an apartment so any form of prop building had to be put on hold due to me losing the workshop I had turned my loft in to, that and obviously this is a very expensive hobby. I decided to stop for a bit. I’ve been doing a lot of voiceover work the last few months (wackywesty.com) amongst other things, I’ve just been keeping myself busy really.
I’m amazed to see so many new resources there are offering parts, especially from the UK. I’m getting tempted to turn my kitchen into a workshop and live on take-aways 8^)
I’m hoping to go the LFACC at the beginning of July, but nothing set in stone as yet. Are any of you?
