Hello, I bought a Fiberglass shell and its curved 
How shall I go about with this ?
IF you don’t mind the curve and just want a flat side I would suggest getting your mother board coating it in some kind of plastics wrap and bondoing the gap. Otherwise I think your only option for fixing that would be to cut the sections from each other so you can make them lay flat and glue and bondo them into the right space. Otherwise I would contact the person you got that from and ask them for either a replacement or at least an explanation on how to fix it. Ihope you diden’'t pay for it thinking it was in perfect condition.
Would you be comfortable telling us who you bought it from? Maybe others have had the same problem?

well I bought it of gb_dan with a bunch of otherstuff he was selling. I’ve justed PM’ed dan as about where he got it
from.

heat gun and a whole day of subtle bending should do it. Good luck and kick ass!
Ah really ? I think im gonan try and sand some of it and also bending it wiht the heat gun .

I heated the pack and tried to bend it…but cos the top half is so warped Bending it isnt any help 
sigh i would just bolt it to a motherboard and filler in the gaps…but I wanted it to be removable

It appears the rubber mold wasn’t inserted into the jacket correctly when the glass was laid.

It still can go out and buy a box of Glad press and seal wrap cover the mother board in it the use the filler it wont want to stick to the wrap.so you just have to pull it away after its dry.
hey instead of attaching it to the mother board and filling, why dont you just attach a smaller flat piece of wood / plastic to the curved region (like a bridge almost), and then fill. then you can still attach and detach from the mother board. i dunno…just a wild suggestion.
