I appreciate your enthusiasm, I do, and if you can make this work, well it’ll be a whole lot better than that time I tried to drill a hole in my head. However, a few of us in the chat room were playing with this last night and we came to a sad conclusion. Some of the atari demos have dates in their addresses. For example Trophy Hunter came out in 2003, the last part of its address code for the demo to that was TH03.
If we also have to consider numbers into this equation the possible combinations skyrocket. But by all means, keep cracking, and if you find it, you will get a a weekend in Vegas with the Jolly Green Giant.
AJ, you’re absolutely right - and I certainly don’t expect to find a working DOWNLOAD NOW button. BUT, it’s kinda fun, and as I’m feeling ill today, it’s kinda fun to mess with.
Lol, I found the page… I don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun of finding the page themselves, but the answer isn’t hard to find as Atari basically gave away the part you’re missing on the Ghostbusters section of Atari.com anyway.
Page isn’t really something I’d get excited over though as who knows when they would have put that page up in advance - might have been a year ago if they were publishing from the get go.
still calling b/s until i see a working link to the download page. I’ve seen what photoshop can do, and with the game specs being posted on Protoncharging.com i find it hard to believe without a working link
man…AJ throws a scrap out and everyone was on this like a pack of dogs on a three legged cat. but after the day I had at work this amused me. So, thank you all :crunch: you all deserve this from me to you
Well, my picture was photoshopped. . . I had to black out the address some how!! Other then that, it’s real. Only thing that kind of sucked was right after I took that screen cap, Kalonthar changed his picture!
