I just got back from a five day trip to NYC. It was really really cool, but the itself wasn’t incredibly enjoyable.(maybe because it was raining half the time, incredibly windy, and near-freezing). What I mean is, I prefer my vacation places to not be covered in garbage :wink:

We spent the entire week on foot (save for subways) and we hit only some of the big attractions, opting instead for the cooler less-known stuff like the smallpox hospital on Roosevelt Island, B&H camera, stuff like that. We ran across familiar Ghostbusters landmarks (55 Central Park West, the library, city hall, Rockefeller plaza) mostly on accident.

However, I did make it a priority to visit the firehouse. There was something I had to do…
