For the ROGB, our uniform patches are the standard “No ghost” but for promotional materials we use a customized GB 2 style logo. Like a few of the other guys said in this post, it’s about giving your group a unique identity. Here’s ours:

While I think the variations on the logo are neat [current fave being the PKE Surge logo by the starter of this thread, I believe], I just prefer the original when it comes down to it [and especially on uniforms]…Simple and effective…
But that’s just this man’s opinion…
This kills me every time I look at it. The football check stripes, the fat baby arm, the extra mutant finger… good lord. Wasn’t there a version where he is holding a beaker because you worked at a chemical plant or something?
I think another thing that franhise logos give us is that sastisfaction when you go out in public… people see the logos and they are like “I wanna join” or “I wanna make my own franchise.” It also makes the general public wonder what we are all going on about.
I have to admit I think that Steelers no ghost logo is pretty sweet. ![]()
This is the best we can up with;it’s not the best, but I am using the team colors on my youth baseball team back in Arizona.
This is the New England Ghostbusters logo, but we don’t plan to wear the logo as a patch, but to use it as our symbol for the group.

plus this
made my freakin’ day. Comedy gold!
We’re wearing the original “No-Ghost” logo patches on our right arms, and our franchise logo patches on our left. It’s the AL logo in my signature.
just thought I’d trow my Ghostbusters of New Hampshire logo out there to view. Enjoy!
I do have a question about the flightsuit attire. I am wondering are there any team that have black flightsuits with the grey trimming, are there any francise team that uses that?
Here’s a logo I made last night for the newly-formed Houston Area Ghostbusters:
If (big if) we ever make these into patches, then I’ll send a free one to the first person to guess where the “swoosh” comes from. ![]()
Also, I love the velcro/swap idea! We’ll be sure to implement that!
football logo?? or longhorn
football logo?? or longhorn
Hehe. Neither. It doesn’t have to do wit sports or colleges.
EDIT: I know it’s subtle. I’m going to rework the logo tonight to incorporate some more elements of the other logo into the “No-Ghost” design. It might pop more after that. ![]()
Although it was in a different area of the site, Dr.Swierczynski was the first to guess that it’s the NASA logo mixed in with the No-Ghost.
good on ya!
Alright, I posted the final draft of the Houston Area Ghostbusters’ “Space City” logo in my fan art section. What do you guys think?
send me a private message if you made some patches so i´ll send you my adress
Well I think it’s obvious where the design here came from. The AZ GB’s are pretty much pioneers in the franchise game so I used their idea to show a little “state pride”.
We’re still a new franchise so the whole patch on uniform thing has not been decided yet. Though I think that if we can get them made we will probably go for it. Although I really can’t speak for everyone, so it will have to go to vote.

I don’t have a hi-res one here at work. This will have to do for now.
