Done and done! As soon as I get back home in a few weeks, I can’t wait to play around with this and my sound board! Hopefully ill have a shell have a shell by then as well!
PAID! Very excited about this upgrade!
Awesome just paid for mine.
Question: thinking of maybe desoldering the blue led’s off the powercell board and replacing with warm white colored ones. Any recomondation on what led’s I should use?
Paid for good sir!
You’d want to match the voltage and current as closely as possible, so you’d have to know the specs of the default LEDs.
AJ, or anyone who may know. Whats intended use of the white LED that is on the cyclotron light string?
That’s the optional “you’ve left me turned on” LED. It’s somewhere in the first post.
Paid!
Excitement begins ![]()
It also does other stuff. Such as strobing during an optional venting sequence.
Paid and preordered! The demo video sold me. I can’t wait!!!
edit A question: How long is the ribbon cable from the soundboard to the power cell lights?

Approximately 23 inches. The connections are keyed so they only go in the correct way and also have strain reliefs on both ends to make them more reliable.
oops - meant to send a PM
Actually, I was wondering the same thing.. So I’m glad you posted that.
Question: Building first pack. Lets say I want to connect this to the sound board and I want throw in a couple of the lights from the game:
1.) Firstly, I saw jupiter electronics sells a light kit. Are they good? Compatible?
2.) Will there be a kit for the proton gun as well?
I have the Jupiter game pack lights hooked up with the gbfans sound board and r2devo pack lights. Works great
Thank you, Spongeface!
Per-Ordered and paid. This is gonna look epic.
Can anyone recommend me a quality thrower kit to go along with this particular set up? I ordered the pack kit and also have a GBfans soundboard. If any of them out there can compare to this awesome pack kit let me know!
I use my own hand-wired design for my thrower lights, so hopefully others can respond with some suggestions.
Just for your viewing pleasure, here are some photos of the production boards:
