Went in on gbdude1011’s $20 vinyl label deal figuring I’d give them a shot. On the good side the labels are printed cleanly on thick vinyl and pre-cut for easy removal. On the bad side many of the labels were shrunken and warped upon arrival:

In gbdude1011’s defense it was 92*F here today and I wasn’t expecting awesome quality for the price anyway. Fortuantly many of the labels that warped I wasn’t planning on using anyway though some of the pack labels irk me. Should be mostly salvageable but I’ll have to see how well they stick when applied. As I said I blame the weather more than anything gbdude did, just something to look out for if you’re thinking of ordering. I hate to see good labels wasted.

Ya, it’s gotta be the heat.

I wonder humidity were an issue of that stuff were packed with a cheap cold pack in it separated by foam peanuts. It’d only cool it for 12 hours, but for overnighting I bet it would preserve the labels.

Mine arrived today as well. They came lose in a typical document envelope and it wasn’t even sealed (only the metal clasp was fastened), but not a big deal. Like jackdoud, most of my labels were warped and had shrunk as well. I ordered two pack sets so hopefully I can salvage a complete set. Still, the ones I can use are pretty good quality vinyl.

This does not bold well for me. If this is the case, Alabama heat is going to shrink these up to the size of an action figure proton pack :frowning:

This needs to be done in sticker paper.. Vinyl isn’t a good thing for this, especially with summer temps.

Mine just arrived yay. Great stickers on nice thick vinyl and a good quality print. I have been struck by the shrinking/warping fairy too but not too badly. The worst effected was the sheet of pack/gun stickers but i can easily manage with what i have and for the price, im sure not complaining

shouldnt the clippard say R-331? were both used?

IIRC the 501 was an early shot at the found part that was later debunked.

Yay! My decals from Tyler finally came in. Guess I was one of the lucky few - just a little tiny bit of shrinkage but nothing to worry about! And these are very sharp - thanks Tyler!

I too had purchased some decals from gbdude and I loved mine..he was also very helpful when there were troubles with shipping..

Guys,

I have just received my gbdude1011’s pack labels. My order was special, since I ordered only the blue bumper’s label and the clippard adhesive.

Differently from previous comments, my labels are perfect. BUT I know gbdude1011 changed his label’s material and making process, so, my adhesives aren’t shrunk.

I took some photos from them, to let you see how they came in my front door. Please, note there is a thin “skin” over the labels. I’m sure this is to protect and help to remove it from the adhesive paper and glue in correct prop’s place, then it will be removed and its quality will goe up (see last two photos).

I must say that the print quality is EXQUISITE! Very professional, for sure! And the paper has a foil look, not exactly a metallic adhesive, but his labels has some shine and metallic look, for sure. A real worth, guys!

See the images!
