Has anyone else gotten one of the GBFans gray hose connectors recently? I got mine in yesterday along with the GBFans clear hose, and the opening on the connector is waaaaay too big for the 1/2" hose. It just falls out. Was there something funky with this run of connectors?
No. It is tapered from 5/8" OD to 1/2" OD, similar to the originals. Some think they may have used 5/8" OD hose at one point.

Because I’m a crazy person, I remembered I had purchased the attachment kit way back when you first introduced it even though I didn’t need it at the moment! So now, it’s off to the tailor’s to have it professionally installed.
