I placed my order on the 19th and it still hasn’t shipped. All the it’s in the first shipment show as in stock. When can I expect my shipment? Order number is 39406

Was there a special order item as part of your order? The special-order pieces, which are often supplied by outside companies often end up causing delays with customer orders.

I made a huge order and some items had lead times. They broke the order up into multiple parts. And the shipping was shown to ship out after Christmas. The date has changed every day. All items show as in stock when looking at them in the store.

It sounds like it’s one of the special-order pieces then. You didn’t by any chance order a set of hat light covers?

Hello Eric.

I don’t like to make excuses, however I did get the flu immediately after Christmas that lasted for 2 weeks. I have been working hard for the past week or so getting orders out, but there was quite a large backlog. Your order should ship very soon, assuming everything is in stock.
