Why is November so far away?

I had a theory right after the mini puft teaser drop that this trailer confirmed. I figured the mini pufts would be a cute distraction right before the terror dog paw on Mr. Grooberson’s hood… The cute before the scare. And the terror dog bursting through the front of the Walmart made me cheer in rejoice! My excitement just got turned up to 11(11)!

Very excited for this one! This feels like they got it right! I just hope there’s room for more cast and a sequel afterwards. I think the investigating aspect would make for a great series or potential future films!

Potential plot spoilers for the film from 4chan

[spoiler]- The film follows the grandchildren of Egon Spengler as they move to Summerville out of nesseccity.

• Grooberman turns out to be the only living descendent of Ivo Shandor. He is lured to the town by the the childrens headmaster who is leader of the cult of Gozer. The entire town are followers of the cult.

• The cults temple is situated in the mines under the town.

• Callie grows close to Phoebes teacher Mr Grooberson. They will become the cults new Gatekeeper and Keymaster

• Egon moved to the town in the 90s after the collapse of the Ghostbusters. When the temple of Gozer was destroyed in 84, the gateway to the Gozer dimension was only closed. The energy generated from the events still pulses in the Selenium mines under Summerville. Egon moved there to wait for a re emergence of the gateway but he died. He left instructions and equipment for his family in the old farmhouse as well as a way to contact the remaining Ghostbusters should anything happen[/spoiler]

Nice to see lots of positive feedback on YT for a change - also glad to see I’m not the only 40+ year old that teared up a little(/lot) haha

Loved the trailer. There’s a lot of landmarks there I have seen prior to filming as I live in AB. Not having the GB theme at all is still a bit off. I didn’t feel spoiled at all just more interested and excited…Hasbro was kind enough to spoil stuff later with toys…
