audio is lagging about 2 secs from lip movement to hearing it, but the picture is better then both my 1999 and 2005 DVDs in my upconverter.
Audio lag for sure. But looks great. 
DVD looks fine to me, much better than my 1990 pan and scan VHS cassette tape
I agree! But this is a good alternative to view it in HD till blu-ray comes out
