I know im getting the new Ghostbusters video game on the 360 but i was just wondering from all u fans here what u think the Achievements would be for Ghostbusters cause not only am i excitied about the game and the gameplay but im excited to see what achievements i can unlock. Im thinking trap 100 ghosts, Trap all ghost bosses achievement, finish the game with 4 players achievement, break all objects achievement, Save new york from Gozerian Menace !! im getting wayyyyy too excited now so ima stop but let me know what u guys think lol… 
Judging from the extremely limited footage on display so far one is definatly going to be ‘Complete spook directory’ or something along those lines for scanning all the ghosts with the PKE meter (As shown by (I think i remember rightly)Egon in the released hotel footage)
Although, Not owning a 360 myself, I never really understood the concept of gamer points apart from to unlock downloadable content
There are always achievements for beating certain missions or for completing a certain part of the story, so I’m sure we’ll see something like “Ghostbuster in Training - You completed the tutorial mission.” or “Bustin Makes Me Feel Good - You completed Chapter 1”. I am also relatively certain that there will be achievements for beating the game on different difficulty settings. Here are some very possible achievements:
We Be Fast, They Be Slow - Trap X ghosts within X amount of time.
Slimey Seconds - Bust Silmer at the Sedgewick Hotel.
Ghostbuster in Training - Complete the tutorial mission.
Marshmellow Roast - Defeat the Stay-Puft Marshmellow Man.
Nice Shooting, Tex! - Destroy 100 objects with your proton pack.
Heroic Ghostbuster - Beat the game on the Hard setting.
Legendary Ghostbuster - Beat the game on Expert setting. (yes, those were referances to Halo)
Tobin’s Spirit Guide - Scan and cataloge every ghost in the game.
Who Needs a Proton Pack? - Trap a ghost without using your positron thrower.
Career Ghostbuster - Bust 100 ghosts after you complete the story.
I hope there are fun achievments like there were on Halo 3. I never try and get all achivements on any game, but this one I will.

if they do achievements i hope the naming and things that you need to do to obtain them are at least interesting and not just a bunch of points you get for reaching a certain point in the game. why does every damn freak who has x box live have to be so damn pompous becuase they have a high gamer score, the only thing sadder than how proud some people are of this, is the fact that it shows how little they do in real life

Well…i’m huge Ghostbusters fan since i was born. I’ve changed my PS2 for a X BOX 360 immediatly after i’ve heard of the Gb game! In my town there is a Gamestop shop, they withdraw my used PS2 and sell me a new X BOX 360 for less money.
LITTLE OFF TOPIC: i’m italian and i find very funny how enligh or americans speak italian! There is a Monty Python sketch about it and it’s very hilarious! However, i think that also you in Uk or USA find funny how we speak english :walterpeck:
