My Name is Kyle, and I love movie props! I have a huge collection of 300 replicas/collections including limited edition 3’ diameter shields/ spears/ brass helmets ! etc… anyway Ghost Busters is one of my top 5 favorite movies/ I would have to say number 1 loved the 80’s music and the special fx! (even though its old school) I think it was a little more realistic compared to some movies nowdays which is completely just to CGI’d <–Transformers!!(But duh how you going to make this without CGI) Anyway I have to say Proton Pack is such a sweet ass piece of movie prop! And to find out and see what a FAN could make completely inspired me and I was hooked!!! I cant do anything without thinking about my proton pack, I do construction full time and do Graphic Design Work part Time (Which Im tryig to break my way into this field due to getting my Bachelors of Fine Arts a few months Ago) ..Soo at work Im always looking at stuff being like maybe I can add this to my pack for looks?? If you seen my pics I went the cheap way and purchased a studiocreations vaccumformed pack..Which I reenforced with fiberglass and also fiberglassed/ body fillerd the front and got rid of the overlap you see/ I still have much more body work to do, I also Added a few of my own items like a hug pipe which mirrors the injector tubes on the left side/ giving my pack a cool stocky look..also I have sound chips from replicaprops.com which im using for my soundfx and songs, I have the Theme which will play and also the song by bobby brown “On our own” Which was in the end of GB2. Anyway having a blast makin this project look forward to completing it by next halloween of 2010 this halloween im going as Ledgers Joker which im going to make this my default User Image..
