Hello from Arkansas!

Hey friends,

I just joined up but I have been visiting this webpage for a LONG time! I recently started building my own Ghostbusters 1 costume with a few work friends so we could do some Charity work in costume locally. My co-worker and good friend Bob finished his costume and Proton Pack and he looks AMAZING! It’s really killer!

Basically, I joined because I utilized the great tutorials on this page and had NO idea there was even a forum! But today I found out and here I am. I am also a member for a couple of years on the RPF, so I may know some of you.

Basically, I am just trying to meet other like minded Ghostbusters fans. My project centers 100% around Charity work. I have about 9 other costumes I am working on between the Penguin from Batman, to a sweet version of a little character known as “The Emperor” from Star Wars, but none of you have even heard of that little movie I bet. haha

Anyway, I wanted to say hello and meet you guys. If anyone is in the Memphis TN area, or in Arkansas then please say hello! I can’t wait to get to know you guys and see your costumes and props and get advice!

I also look forward to sharing photos of our Charity gigs. The one we had last weekend was KILLER! Bob looked AMAZING as a Ghostbuster! I need to finish mine now! haha

Welcome! That’s great that you are doing charity stuff. The AZ guys are really into it, and we are trying to get there ourselves!

Thanks so much guys! I appreciate the warm welcome. Is there a way to maybe plan a get together here in Arkansas for people who are near us and want to have a cool Ghostbusters party!???

We could plan an awesome Charity event, then maybe all hang out afterwards. Keep it simple, just a cool charity event then dinner and stuff?

How should I go about this? I am sure between Arkansas, TN, OK, MS, and MO, there are plenty of people who would come for a fun event!
