Hi, I have been a big kid of the 80’s for as lon as I can remember. Having grown up in that decade and been a teen during, sculpted my sense of humor and likes. Ghostbusters was always one of my favorite movies. I build a haunted house for the town I live in every year and truly enjoy the “building” part more than anything else. I have made props even as a child. I just called it my arts and crafts. It wasn’t until I started doing the haunt that I realized how many others like me there were out there. I was drawn to GBFANS in my search to build a proton pack. I started collecting small items a couple years ago but needed guidance. I abandoned the project early on with hopes of attempting to start again one day. I ended up breaking my leg in early January in 4 places and have been on bed rest since. When there isn’t much you can do you start to think of all things you wanted to do before. That is how I came back to here. I am in a better place to begin my project now and have been trolling the site for a couple weeks getting more amped up with every article I read. Hopefully I can get out of bed I the next week or so when my full leg cast comes off and a smaller walking cast goes back on for 6-8 weeks. Then I can start putting around with my tools and putting together some props.
