Hi all,
I’m happy to be here! As a child from the 80s, Ghostbusters was a big influence that not only helped shape my childhood, but was also pivotal in being a part of the foundation that inspired me to go into the career I have today. As a digital artist, I get to have fun with video motion graphics, photography, UI design, marketing art, and 3D modeling / animation.
One of the reasons I joined this forum, is that I’m interested in creating a main titles intro. of Ghostbusters 3 for my portfolio. I’m super impressed with the various fans on this site who have prop replicas of the proton packs, PKE meter, ghost trap, uniforms, ecto-1, etc. and would love to get in touch with some of you, especially if you live in Texas or California! I’d love to do photo shoots / DV footage of what you have and use it as assets for my project. Plus, it’ll be a great way to meet some of you in person
You are welcome to take a gander at my website: http://www.russellperkins.com
Welcome to the forums, sounds like a cool project your are working on, and I would love to help but MN is a little too far from you I think lol. Good luvk with the project and I hope you will share when you are done
I actually remember visiting your site a few months ago, and completely forgot to welcome you to the site as a result.
Welcome! You are definitely very talented. Hopefully you have some cool Ghostbusters projects in the works!

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys! Most appreciated
I’m still interested in talking to some of the fellow GB fans in the Texas / California areas, who have movie accurate gear and ECTO-1 for my main titles project…
Hey Toaster,
I am in the Plano area most of the time, and I am almost finished making a buck to pull shells for my group up here. I havent had too much of contact with the “Official” Dallas Ghostbusters, I do know that they are a great group of people.
If you need anything, let me know
Thomas
