Wait so you make money by being a Ghostbuster?
You know Sony can sue you for that, right?
All money goes towards Relay for life and St. Judges It’s how I give back no money goes to my pocket.
Well dude it sucks, but if you have any fire insurance on your home and belongings, it’ll cover most of it (if not all of it).
If someone’s willing to give you stuff, so be it, but that’s up to them. Just seems a bit left field is all, considering you joined just today and everything.
I know it’s cool and completely understand I never knew about this site till I talked to one of the guys from the Chicago Division.I would be on gard as well
I’m just a man who lost everything its cool IL build again soon. Thanks for everyone’s help. I never met a community that was so judge mental. Its ok I’m deleting my account have a nice day.

It’s not that it’s being judgmental, it just came out of the blue. This is the first time anyone has seen any kind of post like this. I hope that you can get your life back together afterwards.
Yep, same here. Losing a house has to be a nightmare. It’s also a better idea not to come right out if the gate asking for free stuff. This community is happy to advise, encourage and be friends. But before anyone just sends you a “spare proton pack” (Not something we generally tend to have, and not something we just send off to anyone) it would be nice to get to know you.
You won’t get a green card with that attitude pal. Look you’ve come onto a forum where nobody knows you and you’re asking for people to help which is fine. What isn’t fine is you asking people to part with their beloved GB possessions because you had an unfortunate accident. If you’ve built as much as you say you have then you know how much cost is involved. Even the so called “cheaper” builds don’t come cheap. What happened to you is unfortunate and I’d hate to go through it myself but please think about things logically before you tarnish this amazing community with your “judgemental” brush. I wouldn’t even ask my best mate for his GB props let alone complete strangers. Was lovely having you here, take care, peace out
I wasn’t asking for a whole proton pack sorry it came out that way. What I ment was spear parts maybe I should have posted better information.
That would have helped. Welcome to the boards!
Why don’t you start a intro thread so we can get to know you?
Listen to Alan. He is wise and a ■■■■■■ nice guy
I must be the exception to the rule then doh!
Nah, I was including you ^^
Having a house burn down and losing your valuable possessions is a very difficult thing to go through and experience in your lifetime. It is very noble of you to want to rebuild your Proton Pack just for the purposes of fund raising for Relay for Life and St. Judges. Were those the organizations that helped you when your house burnt down?
That being said. There are hundreds of ways to fund raise that doesn’t involve having a Proton Pack. Donating your time and energy directly toward the cause might be more valuable to those organizations than monetary donations. I’d look into doing that and perhaps look at building a Pack again once you are back on your feet.
Your pack may have been a cherished possession, but I’m sure you’ll find over time that what you do, the people you’ll help and the people that surround you will be much more important.
