HELP...........

I need ALOT of help. I need the stuff to buy and the instructions.

AND, Is it easy to build?

THANKS EVERYONE

Exactly. All the information you seek can be found on this forum or in the Props section, Gmactor. It’s simply a case of looking.

Nope.

nothing is easy to build. Particularly to those not able to do their homework and search ennough for what they’re getting into.

In my experience, the goggles were a good experience in getting started in propping and gives you a bit of an idea of some of the work that might be involved in some other props. I think a lot of people start with the goggles.

It’s what I’m starting on in terms of prop replica Ghostbusting equipment.

i think i’m gonna start witht the goggles, then go for the uniform if i can get hold of it, then the trap but i’ll be workin on the pack the whole way through but not all at once lol

i totally agree with zack, that is where i started, it helps and gets easier from there

I offer real PVS frames if u want them.

After that it’s just a matter of placing a sheet of 1/8" thick plastic, or anything strong enough really, to semi-cover the front opening, then filling and shaping to make it all look like once piece.

Spray paint it…

Drill the holes for the lenses…

Install the lenses…

…done.

The lenses are really easy with Norms plans found here: http://www.gbfans.com/equipment/plans/norm-gagnon/#ecto-goggle-plans

Good luck and let me know if you’d like a pair of real pvs frames

-Thiago

I just bought some of the frames off Thiago, and they rock!!! They were very nice and he shipped very quickly

Goggles are probably one of the easier props to ease yourself into it and get your feet wet, especially if you start off with Thiago’s great frames. The same goes for any project though, do your homework, collect the info and parts and dive in head first, mistakes are part of the learning process and will only make you build better props as a result.

Go on… give it a shot

We all had to start somewhere..good luck and there’s lots of helpful people here who were in the same boat as you at one time.

I guess in terms of difficulty it would go:

Goggles - easiest

Trap

Pack

Slimeblower

PKE.

As previously mentioned, It is a good place to start, plus it winds up being the least expensive of all the props to build.
