I officially joined up today, but I’ve been stalking the site for quite a long time. I’m looking to casually work on GB props for my own use when I find the time. Mostly I’m here for the support - checking out photos and asking a question or two when I can’t find the answer.
I have a Nick-A-Tron MKII trap kit that I acquired from someone on the RPF. It came partially painted but not assembled. My first task is to gather as many GB1 trap reference pics as I can and see where all these parts go. My second task is to undo a lot of the weathering that was applied. I’m all for something looking used, but if assembled as it is painted right now, this one looks abused.
I’ll make sure to post progress pics when I start.
