aye, i sent an email myself expressing interest… still waiting to hear anything definite, though i did get a response stating I will hear back from someone soon… managing a franchise is certainly busy work that’s for sure LOL.
That was either Nate or Ed that got back to you; our leader and webmaster/manager, respectively. I know a lot of us have been busy with Thanksgiving, and school and December rolling up on us. They will get back to you though. I’m sure they both are busy right now. The only prerequisite to join is to show interest and send us that email. So look forward to their email back!
sure, no worries… i’m in no rush, and understand the time demands, since i have a few of my own. I just figure Philly would be a cool place to join a franchise and do some cool things when i am able, now that my income is improving. I also decided to keep LVGB up, even though it’s inactive right now, but that’s because I put so much work into that site to just scrap it LOL.
I looked at some of the photos on the philly group, and that lady dressed as the Baroness from GI-Joe is on my myspace… small world after all LOL.
That’s my girlfriend Rose! 
And like Matt said, there aren’t any real prerequisites to join the club right now. It’s a pretty new club, so it appears we’re all more or less getting in on the ground floor. Some of us will be at Steel City Con in Pittsburgh next weekend, so if you happen to be going, feel free to hang out and talk shop with us!
So who all so far will in philly on the 31st doing any fundraising?
Well, so far I’ve heard interest from about 10 members, so it should be interesting to say the least.

Dawn and I will be there. Unless it’s too cold…then it’ll just be me. =)
At work we are allowed to make our own schedules, so I will schedule myself off for that sunday, beyond that, It’s all weather permitting. I’m probably gona need matt to give me a lift, so it probably all comes down to if he can make the drive weather permitting, and if so… then i’ll definitely be there, sporting my flightsuit, shades, and my michael keaton/jack nicolson haircut LOL.
Yeah, if it’s too cold (25 degrees or less), I’m not sure Rose and I will want to show up either. Not just because we’d freeze our asses off, but also because I’m not sure people would stop to donate money and gets pictures with us if the temps are too low. Hopefully the weather cooperates though. 
That’s what I was thinking Tony. I can deal with some pretty frigid temps, but if no one’s out and donating..then what’s the point? As for the cold…I have a secret GB project in the works to help with that!

i too shall be there. and, like paul, i am in the process of making my gb project against the cold. i just need to find a way to get a shell of slime around me like the art museum in gb2. should be an easy task…
