Hello there,

I guess I should try to introduce myself a bit. I’m currently a college student in Maryland and long time fan of the Ghostbusters. As I remember growing up watching the cartoon on TV and owning the toys when I was really little (like 3 or 4). I’m also a fan of other series such as Doctor Who, Japanese Anime, Sherlock, etc.

I found this site searching for making props for the series as I’m a cosplayer and build my own props. I’ve been going to cons like Dragon*Con and Otakon for about 8 years now (though only within the last couple of years have I been really into cosplaying) and been working on a Ghostbusters outfit for a while now. I really started to look more and more into building it when I found out my college club I’m in is doing a Shadow Cast of Ghostbusters in the Fall.

So that is just a little about me, I’m hoping to stay around for a while and get to know you all.

Hi everyone, I’ve been paying attention to this group on Facebook for quite a while and wanted to finally go full force.

I ran across the group by researching for a 3D model I was planning for a virtual world which I won’t mention here for fear of being confused as spamming. The project (which is 99%) complete and not 100% accurate, is the GB Headquarters firehouse. The outside is the recognized Tribecca Firehouse of New York, and the interior is modeled after the firehouse in California (please forgive for not knowing the name) which was possible due to a dedicated group of fans visiting and taking tons of pictures.

I have been planning on sending a link to the picture for the fan art section, but have not yet found an email link :slight_smile:

Anyway, there are further GB related mimic designs planned for the low polygon virtual world, and I hope you enjoy!
