INTEREST - Seiko M516 "Voice Note" Watch Casting Kits

There have been a few people looking for castings of the voice note watch lately. I purchased a mold from another GBfans user a few years back and I have been planning to make a new mold ever since. I finally got myself a Seiko Voice Note of my own and now may be the time to make this project happen.

The Plan:

I plan to mold the watch face in a hard black resin and to then mold the band in a flexible resin/rubber. The previous castings sold were made of all flexible material, but my plan will make them closer to the real thing.

Here is my watch that will be taking a silicone bath.

This is just an interest list at the moment but if you ask to be put on the list please be prepared to pay.

The price I am shooting for would be $50 for the watch face and band castings.

Well it looks like there is decent interest. I’d like to have at least 10 before I make the molds and such though. Once I finish shipping out the rest of my pack label orders I will get on this. Thanks to those that have come aboard already.

I am interested just wandering how much we would have to do to finish the thing, also what size does the band fit?

You will be getting raw castings of the face and watch band. To finish the watch you will have to attach the band and paint the detailing.

I am HOPING to have decals for all of the lettering but that isn’t a promise at the moment. It is in the works currently.
