   UPDATE: I got my email in today I can get the hose at a better price 55.00 for 10 FT ! But I have to get 250 feet to get it at that price. So lets get this run off the ground

 After looking around the internet the past few days I have found the correct hose for the slime blower. The real hose was a fabric material Not plastic tubing. So if you want to build a screen accurate slime blower this is the one time I will do this run. This tubing is some what high on price and the length you have to order is more that one person needs. Plus this is a special order to get this size ID.  I need at least 20 people on this to make it happen. Here is what you will get

 You can do one slime blower with 10 FT

 Shipping to US is 15.00 and 30.00 for international orders

Also i can get the price down to 60.00 if I can get more than 20 orders. I will not collect money for orders until the run is full. Also there is a 3 week wait from when I order the hose to when I can pick it up.

FYI, 1.5" is too small a diameter. I’ve seen a 2" version of the same stuff you have here used in this thread: Working Slime Blower (VIDEO) - #12 by Carpeteria - Slime Blowers - GBFans.com but it looks a bit large to my eyes, I’d say 1.75" would be correct.

1.5" seems pretty legit to me, going from GB2 footage. The hose seems about as big around as the brass connectors, which are 1.5" OD.

Just watched a few moments of the museum battle and have to agree with both Jack and Tyrael…might make the price go down a bit more also …

The hose is just a bit larger than the connectors. As I said the 2" seems a bit large to me so 1.75" seems more accurate.

Hmm, still not really convinced, but it wouldn’t be the first time I’m wrong if such is the case. Almost looks like the very ends are stretched over a slightly larger (~1.75" maybe :cool: ) attachment plug, so as to keep the hose from slipping off.

Either way, it’s not like we’re working off of exact schematics or intact references. :-/

Well its clear that it smaller than the two inches…scale is a bitch to eyeball,wish I had a parker coupling in hand …also this is more like a sheath that was used over a high psi hose so its more cosmetic than anything

I’ve got my Parkers next to me, and their OD is 1.5" on the nose.

EDIT: Speaking about the female connectors, not the male ones, that is.

I see what you mean …mmmm.. Have to get Mike to get a sample of the two sizes from his source …that way we can end this for our builds ,and put this to rest for ones to come…

well lets take a poll if the community thinks it 1.75 ill go with that . ill email them an find out the price on that. I anything it may raise the price to 60.00
