Hello all,
I wanted to use this as a big hello moment - but realised i only have 5 more minutes of internet cafe time before they kick me out…
So i’ll make it brief.
I’m a writer and comedian and have written a few articles and essays on Ghostbusters (because i am a big walking wiki on the film as well as a massive fan)… the latest of which WOULD have been in Sony Magazine… had it not folded last week.
However, if you are london based i run a comedy night called GEEK NIGHT OUT that allows stand ups and other entertainers the chance to talk passionately about their favourite geek topic…

Its a FREE show and runs every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at THE CAMDEN HEAD, ANGEL ISLINGTON - 3 Camden Passage (nearest tube - Angel).
One of the reasons i wanted to get in touch was because i want to envelop myself into the GB massive and poke my nose around for other London based fans of Ghostbusters.
Final thing - in July i will be hosting a GHOSTBUSTERS special of Geek Night Out and want to spread the word… we’ll have GB fans in the audience and some big fans on stage - to talk about and celebrate the 25th birthday of the film…
I’ll probably start a thread elsewhere to pimp it too!
Other than that - i’m around to help in any way i can to boost the appeal of GB.
