Ok hi guys, I’ve been asked to say a little bit about myself so here goes.
My name is Ross Pert most of my friends call me by my surname but usually Perto. I’m 27 and will be 28 in November. seperated with one daughter the apple of my eye and her name is Raegan-Leigh Pert.
I live in the city of Aberdeen, Scotland, in the United Kingdom. By day I work as a Draftsman speciallising in the marine industry. Aberdeen being the oil capital of Europe I am involved in a lot of offshore stuff for oil rigs, I wont bore you with that though.
I’ve been a massive fan of ghostbusters for as long as I can remember. My father took me home a pirate copy of Ghostbusters when I was young and was hooked from then on. I also used to collect the Marvel comics and have every issue stored away in my attic. I’m not as faithful a fan that I make props and stuff but really enjoy seeing the props that others have made.

The wiktionary has one possible explanation! Apparently, Perto means “close” in Portuguese!.
Wait a minute . . . Perto’s from Scotland! Scotland isn’t close to anything at all! I don’t care how much oil he’s drilled! In fact, Scotland is more obscure and out of the way than Wisconsin . . . actually, Wisconsin is *in *the way more than anything else!
Irregardless, your name is a contradiction, Perto, and I demand that you change it this instant!
Perto allow me to welcome you to the forum without the use meme’s and /b/tradness. When you find the right thread and such it should be alot of fun. Also it’s great to see another Marvel Comics fan. Which heroes did you follow or did you just get all comic or jump around for interesting story arcs? I personally do the latter with the digital comics section of their website.
